Halal certified food General principles and detailed classification-I

Halal is an Arabic word meaning "allowed", and Chinese translation means "halal". Most food and drinks are considered halal, unless explicitly forbidden in the Quran (Islamic scripture) and Hadith (the words and deeds of the prophet).

General standards for halal food certification

Halal certification standards for different animals

Mammals:

birds
