Recently, the quality award evaluation team of the Mayor of Fuyang City came to our company for on-site evaluation. The evaluation team consisted of 3 quality experts and 1 inspector to conduct on-site evaluation of our company. Taihe County Wang Yajun, Director of the Market Supervision Bureau, and Liu Bingcai, Chief of the Quality Unit of the Taihe County Market Supervision Bureau, accompanied the review throughout the process.

The on-site review is divided into six parts: holding the first meeting, on-site inspection, checking and verifying related materials, staff symposium, situation summary and holding the final meeting. At the first meeting, the expert group leader Jin Guangchun made communication arrangements for the review work arrangement. Chang Song, the general manager of our company, introduced the basic situation of the company to the expert group. In the review stage, the expert group is divided into three groups, one group visited the company's production workshop, and assessed the company's on-site management, main production equipment and technological level, quality assurance system and rules and regulations, scientific research and development and testing capabilities; A group conducted a rigorous and meticulous on-site review of the company against the evaluation criteria of the Fuyang Mayor Quality Award, and reviewed the self-evaluation report; a group randomly selected the company's frontline employees and middle-level backbones for discussion and testing. After the intense review work was over, the expert team gave a high evaluation on the company’s implementation of the excellent performance management model, high-level leadership, brand building, corporate development, quality management, etc., based on the analysis and evaluation results. Pointed out the existing shortcomings, and proposed targeted improvement measures.

This on-site review has further promoted the improvement of the company's management level, improved the company's awareness and consciousness of implementing excellent performance management, and encouraged the company to become a benchmark and role model in the industry.
